Control Bar Floats outside screen range

Hello, I had control bar fixed at the top. When I click to "float" the control bar detached and moved outside the screen range so I cannot pull it back and fix it How can I revert it back? Thanks |

Select Windows >> Reset Windows. This should bring the Control Bar back into view at the top left of the chart, and you can move it again from there.
