Hey, My broker is TransAct. I just finished talking to them, and my problem isn't "denali". I have through my broker access to CME group and market depth real time data. my problem is that sierra charts won't login to my transact account. I get repeatedly this message : "TransAct WS | Account logon error: -1(-1) | 2019-08-06 18:10:33.505" I have talked to TransAct through skype, and they confirmed I gave the right account name,password,and account number. I hope you can help figure this situation out. currently my problem is connecting between the 2 software's. the TransAct account is connected to the data and everything is ok with it. Thank you |

HI, I'm also a Transact User try to load back to 1941 version that is the only one working fine for trading, till the situation with the websocket will be resolved. If that version is not working than you have a specific issue. |
