Cannot access HKFE Index real time data - Account Support Ticket

Hi Customer Support Team, I've just opened up a new account and using my friend's charts (also real time Sierra Chart HKFE data). However, when I've copied his charts into my Sierra Chart (they can all open up) they just open but do not have real time data connection. I've paid for all monthly services already with autorenewal. May I ask what actions/settings I've missed that I need to set to get real time data on HKFE Futures pls? Many thx! Polly |

You need to finish the setup for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Start at Step 7 of the Setup Instructions and finish them up. And you also need to activate the Hong Kong Futures Exchange. That has not been done either. And be sure to refer to the prior post as well.
