Combo Tool of Alt+H and Alt+3?

Tradingview's default tool acts as both as crosshair (Alt+3) and a scroll tool (Alt+H). Can these be combined into a dual-purpose tool?

This functionality is quite common and it's cumbersome to constantly be switching between the selection and scrolling tools

Wonderful! The only other piece of functionality I'm having trouble finding for this:

Is there a way to have the OHLC values on the top of the chart change to reflect the cursor position as it moves? Rather than only reflecting the most recent visible candle.

No, it is not supported to change the data that is at the top of the window to reflect the location of the cursor. The Tool Values Window exists in order to give you this information, and there is also the Compact Tool Values window, which can also be made Horizontal, so it can be placed in a position at the top of the chart to give you the information you are looking for.
