Hello! I am trying to export my trade activity and for some reason, it only exports half? The rest is getting cut off? This is everything that has data in Sierra but does not export. How do you come to this conclusion?: it only exports half? The rest is getting cut off?
We had a look at the original file you gave us through a ticket and all the data is there because we can see a Total line at the bottom.

Hi, just curious then, should these be filled in with something? I am trying to export it into edgewonk journal and they said the sample needs to look like what they have. And I been struggling to get this working. Any help would be tremendously appreciated. |

Neither of those attachments are a help to us. We cannot understand the first one and the second one only has a header line. The data is definitely exported properly. This there can be no doubt about.

You are exporting the Trades tab and what you see in the file is going to match the Trades tab of the Trade Activity Log. If you see a difference, we need you to point that out by providing the actual exported file, and tell us the line number and then show a screenshot of that line from the Trades tab. Okay here is the trade activity log straight from Sierra Charts. This is the information that somehow keeps getting cut off when I export it from Sierra. If you know a way to fix this it will be greatly appreciated. |

But this does not show us anything is getting cut off. We would also need to see the Date-Time column in the Trades tab. And the actual exported file. That needs to be attached.
