Hello, why I can’t trade micros? I use Sierra Charts with rithmic-data. I’ve choose the symbol from the list in Sierra. The chart displays the symbol. It must be correctly. The name in the list ist MESU19-CME Sierra transfers MES-201909 and then rithmic send the error-massage What means this? " Rejeded at RMS Product code not permissoned (MES)" Dosn't send sierra the right product-code? BR |

You need to contact your broker about this error message. They will take care of that for you. Give them the same message. Also, what do you mean by this: Sierra transfers MES-201909

That message box is from some other program. Not Sierra Chart. So whatever symbol format that other program is using is fine.
