commission fee of CL

Hi:
I have put the commission fee 3.70 into global setting of CL, also have my CL chart setting checked to apply this global setting. I also used the “edit” and “refresh Log” at my “trading activity log”.

I also restart my computer. However, the P&L still do not show this commission fee.
I use the Rithmic Topsteper trader datafeed
Please help.

I have the exact same issue as you.....I upgraded to 1964 and although everything is filled in correctly, my platform does not include the RT commissions.

I have everything exactly as I should, never touched anything before or after the upgrade to version 1962, and now 1964. My attached trade window is the one not calculating the RT commission.

The only thing that changed on my end is I went from a TST combine with Rithmic, to a TST ProAccount with Rithmic. Thats when the change occurred I believe. I upgraded my Sierra version when I noticed the RT commission not showing up, but still nothing.

But that shouldn't have anything to do with it I'm assuming?

We are checking on this. It is possible when we corrected an issue with the use of the Commission setting for a Trades list in a chart, we created a problem in the Trade Activity Log. We are checking on this now.

We don't see any problem at all with the Use Commission setting on the Trade Activity Log.

Tell us the symbol in the Global Settings >>Symbol Settings you are setting the Commission on and tell us the symbol you see in the Trade Activity Log. We need exact symbols.

For one of the symbols in the Trade Activity Log where you want to see the commission calculation applied to, what is the symbol on that particular line in the symbol column?

Also first update to version 1967 and see if you still have the issue. For instructions:

One last note......my daily commissions are showing up on the *statistics tab under the *Trade Activity Log, but just to reiterate, the commissions are NOT showing up on my attached trade window under DPL.

The DPL (on attached trade window) only shows my gross P/L on my trades. Again, this started when I upgraded to version 196*

What we did for mine is to click on the chart that your trading window is associated with, then click "chart" then "chart settings" then go to "Advanced settings 3" then go down to "Use Symbol Commission Setting in Trade List and Statistics Calculation" and check that box and hit apply.

Hopefully that works for you.

You have to go to "Trade" and then scroll down to "Trade Activity Log" and over on the right hand side, check the box that says "Use Commission"

Be sure you have your commission figure ( $3.70) put in on: "Global Settings" then "Symbol Settings"
make sure you check the box at top left " Use Custom Symbol Settings Value" then on the bottom where you enter your commission figure, check that box that says: "Use Global Round Turn Commission"

You should be good.

After updating SC a week or so ago, I also no longer had the commissions displayed on my chart. I applied the most recent update to SC v1978 and the problem didn't go away. The fix was to open the Chart settings for each chart in my chart book and on the "Advanced Settings 3" tab enable "Use Symbol Commission Setting in Trade List and Statistics Calculation." Afterwards restart SC.

Yes that Chart Settings option does need to be enabled. You also do not need to restart Sierra Chart. It is enough just to enable that option.
