the DalPay service (with 0% charge) has disappeared, its replacement "Authorize.net" does NOT work - tried 3 times and had to use PayPal with 1% charge One of the possible reasons is that Authorize.Net requires only ZIP and that smells of USA only service while I am UK based (and here we call it a Post Code and certainly the UK post codes are different from the USA). No fields to enter a full address On top of that the payment interface is based on a pop up window which is extremely amateur because it is NOT secure since there is no way to verify that the pop up is sending card data over SSL |

We have removed the 1% fee for PayPal until we have another processor for the EU. When you say authorize.net does not work, what is the particular error or issue you are encountering? The address that is used for the payment is set through here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo The pop-up window you see is from Authorize.net. That is from their own code. Not ours. And why do you say it is not secure? Authorize.net would have to comply with PCI rules so certainly they are going to be compliant.
