Hello, When I want to update SC to the latest stable versions I get an error message. When I have updated to the newer version and SC tries to connect to TransAct I get this message: https://gyazo.com/06bf8ef1c469f6b2106e71f3519c6658 Only with version 1941 and lower there is nothing wrong. I just tried that. Version 1960 and even 1961. Same result as before.

I have been paying for Sierra Charts for Almost 9 years now and this is getting ridiculous at this point. TransAct is blaming Sierra and Sierra is blaming TransAct. Users of the platform, however, are caught in the middle of what seems like divorce proceedings. TransAct has no solution other than to use version 1941. Someone from Sierra needs to get on the phone with TransAct and solve this issue. And neither version 1960 or 1961 works.

abrown8703: Please send the user ID to support@transactfutures.com I did this earlier today and it works on 1960. If you want to trade on SC directly, just stick with 1941 for now. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-07-29 20:28:58

Someone from Sierra needs to get on the phone with TransAct and solve this issue. We have been. You do need to use 1960 or higher and if you have any connectivity issues, Transact will be able to resolve them. But as has been said by Patrick, if you want to trade you do need to stay on 1941.
