SC version 1806 64 bit Alert added with the Add Alert Symbol command Alert Condition: Field: Last Comparison: Crossing Value: 99.50 Continuous The price went from e.g. 100 to 99 and then back to 100 but the above Alert was NOT triggered neither on the way down nor on the way up. Seeing something like that with SC for the first time ever. The price action between 100 and 99 was normal and uninterrupted (e.g. no gaps or sharp moves). Also there was earlier alert at 100.30 with identical Alert Conditions which was triggered as expected both on the way up and down |

It is impossible for us to analyze the reason for something like this afterwords with limited information. And you are also running an older version which we will not provide technical help for. Use the current version and make sure the Comparison Precision setting in the Add Symbol Alert dialog is set to .01. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
