If a trader is using Sierra Charts with the Rithmic Data feed are the OCO orders server held? I know in general Sierra Charts does offer that, but I didn't know if it differed by data feed.

It does not depend on the Data Feed, but it does depend on your Trading Service, which appears to be Rithmic in this case.
