Is it possible to set second / third or even more point of control display for each number bars? Thank you very much.

According to your reference, I was unable to set the number bar to automatically detect for the first , second and third point of control for a particular number bar, as the % threshold is arbitrary and could not suit well... Is there an alternative approach suggest? Thank you.
