new computer, can't get trades to show up in

I'm using a tryout account through rithmic trading under account number 11914. I've a new computer and am having trouble re-creating settings from charts on old computer. For some reason I'm not able to see or save to files my "trade activity log." Whenever I've this problem in the past I've been able to figure it out by adjusting settings from "sim" to "non-sim," checking for correct dates, etc. Now I can't seem to get trades to show up. I see that SMB Capital is getting my trade info for account 11914.

Also, I've noticed that "orders and positions" shows my trades for account 11914 which seems weird that they're showing there but not in trade activity. Seems there must be some simple setting I'm overlooking somewhere.
