In the last two days when I open my charts, the overnight data is not downloading. It is starting at the time I opened the charts. Whereas previously it would state "historical download complete", it is now saying 'historical download skipped"? Why is that?. I currently have package 3 and historical data from what I understand has always been included in this package. Please advise. I did try to reload/refresh data,to no avail.

You are not using a valid symbol. Use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html And use the symbol: AAPL. Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
