Denali feed and SC Order Routing - How do I kill a trade when my PC crashes?

Hi, I'm with AMP futures. I was using their CQG feed and thus could use the CQG mobile app to kill a trade if my PC went down while I had a trade on. Now that I'm using the Denali/SC Order Routing option, what do I use or who do I contact. TT doesn't have a mobile app do they? Do I call AMP directly and they can kill a trade? |

You need to contact your broker for now, they have full access to your account through a TT trade panel, and we are working on a web-based application to give you access to your trading account. We hope to have that out within 30 days. And yes TT does have full web-based and mobile programs but there is a $50 login fee for those. But they are available. Our web-based trading panel also will not require your Sierra Chart account to have usage time so you have unrestricted access. You can still submit orders but if the account balance goes below -5USD we will block them. So you should always have some amount of credit on your account. Is there any way to integrate a full usable mobile app like CQG and TT have for this Denali/SC Routing setup?

What is a full usable mobile app to you? The one we are working on has full trading capability including order entry, lists open orders, fills, and positions , all in real time. What is a full usable mobile app to you?
How periodic is the quote update? Near real-time, and very basic price charts only would pretty much complete it. |
