I am in version 1940.
When you hover over "Region Dividing Lines" it shows them
now. Thanks for that. Is there a way to disable if you want to?

Yes you just need to select something else other than Tools >> Adjust Regions.

I think I need to clarify.
Please see attachments.

It older versions it did not show them when mouse when over the area
it would be if you checked it.

The reason I want to disable this NEW feature is because sometimes if
you pass over it and go to another chart it stays ON and you have
to go back to that chart for it to go off.

This is because you have Tools >> Adjust Regions selected. Select Tools >> Pointer instead.

Forgive me for saying this then there is something wrong with version 1940.

I absolutely do not or never did have Adjust Regions checked.

You have the option enabled which keeps the Adjust Regions tool active with other tools. Refer to:
