Hi support Just upgraded to 1952 and noticed the following: Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global: the off state is not being respected and all study values are displayed at the top of charts Trade Activity Log -> Chart Stats: Values don't appear to be being converted to the common currency Thanks |

There are no bugs here. Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global: the off state is not being respected and all study values are displayed at the top of charts Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global Trade Activity Log -> Chart Stats: Values don't appear to be being converted to the common currency Refer to:Global Trade Settings Windows: Common Profit/Loss Currency (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) Tell us one of the symbols that is not converted to a common currency. >> There are no bugs here. Of course not! >> Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global All my studies have "Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global" and "Display Name and Value in Region Data Line" turned OFF for every sub graph. But the study names and values are being displayed in the region data line in the chart. This worked fine before I upgraded but does not work now so something must have changed. >> Trade Activity Log None of the symbols I currently have trades under are being converted - XTIUSD, USDJPY, GBPUSD, XAUUSDm If I change the common currency between NONE, USD or GBP the numbers don't change. |

Once again, refer to the relevant documentation here: Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Display Study Subgraphs Name and Value - Global There are other settings beside this setting to accomplish what you need. Enable or disable those as you require. The behavior of that option has changed and functions as documented. The other options are right there as well. Regarding using the common profit/loss currency, refer to: Global Trade Settings Windows: Common Profit/Loss Currency (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) That is a very well documented section. Review it step-by-step. A couple of the LMAX symbols did not have a proper currency setting in the symbol settings and we have corrected those. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Study names: I have been through the docs and am close to what I had working before. Ideally I want to be able to hide the study name from the region data line (to keep the chart as clean as possible) but have it visible in the chart values window (so I know what the data values refer to). Display Study Name affects both the chart values window and region data line together. Please consider making these controllable individually. Currency conversion error: My Lmax connection was broken which has now been fixed in today's release. Currency conversion is now working correctly so I assume the connection issue was causing the problem. Many thanks |
