I noticed that I am getting delayed quotes for NYSE and NASDAQ stock quotes. I am all payed up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks |

Select Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Uncheck Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. Press OK. What does the $35 per month fee cover when you subscribe to 100 real time symbols ? Does this mean CME symbols or US Equities symbols? DO you have to separately pay for US Equities to get real time stock quotes ? Is there any documentation where it breaks down exactly what each category of subscription gets you ? Then you need to activate the exchanges for which you want to receive the real-time data, which in your case is the Full CME Group with Market Depth at 15.75 USD per month and the US Equities at 10.50 USD per month.
