Can I set my p/l to include commissions and fees? Also I scalped ES today for 3 points but the DPL in the upper left side of the chart shows 2.99...not a big deal but I am definitely curious why? And lastly how do i get a p/l window in $ rather than ticks/points?

Sounds like one of the order fill prices was not exactly as it should have been. Or there was a rounding error but a rounding error with values like this would not make sense.
