My Sierra Chart is linked to Interactive Brokers for trading. I have read in your documentation that using data purchased via Sierra Charts is a more reliable data feed. Is that correct? I am a professional trader and only trade the NQ and ES. What do you mean by "trading account" in this sentence from your data pricing documentation..."CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account". Is this the data package I should subscribe to? Once subscribed I will discontinue using and paying for data via Interactive Brokers.

Thanks,
Bruce

The data is complete and reliable as compared to Interactive Brokers data.

If you are considered a professional by the CME, then this is the particular Exchange option you will need:
"CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account".

Otherwise, you just pay for the equivalent CME exchange for 3.25/USD per month.

To clarify...

I trade the futures NQ and ES only. Would my cost be as follows...

$42 per month for CME E-mini for Professionals
$15 per month for one connection (which I assume is one computer)

Total $57 per month?

Thanks,
Bruce

The real-time connection is going to be 25USD a month. Not 15.

And the exchange fee you quoted is the correct one.

And if you just require CME data you should use this new feed:

I am a professional.

I added the Denali Exchange as you suggested. The system is requiring me to sign a Non-Professional agreement. What should I do? In addition, how do I also subscribe to the CME E-mini for Professionals?

Thanks

That page should have a yes/no option. So you just choose No since you are a professional.

You can activate the exchanges here:

But first you need to activate the data feed here:

I have just switched to Sierra Charts live data.It looks like the data updates every 5-6 seconds. Is this what you consider live or is there a setting I need to adjust?
Thanks,
Bruce

You are still using Interactive Brokers data at this time.

With the Denali Exchange Data Feed you need to update to the current version. Follow the instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

The current version is 1967.
