At the top of my trade window it shows "SimpleBracket" and in the target section I have highlighted the attached order I want to use. How do I know which the system is going to use? Currently, it is using the Simple Bracket even though "Use Attached Orders" is checked. Thanks, Bruce |

It's going to use whatever your settings are in the Trade Window at that time. It does not matter what the configuration file name is at the top of the Trade Window, it only matters what the particular values are when you submit your order. Keep in mind, selecting a Trade Configuration at the top will set the values in the Trade Window as the Trade Configuration was setup. But any changes after that are not affected by what is displayed up there. It is only at the time of selection. I am still getting my trade setting to work. see attachments. I have created and saved my trade strategy called "ffta 20s 12t 2d" but when I place a trade the system is using what looks like a bracket (5 ticks either side + a trail). Not sure what else to do. Thanks, Bruce |

Are you entering the order from the chart or Trading DOM that Trade Window is attached to? If so, the Attached Orders will match the settings on the Targets tab.

I am trading from the trading DOM and the system is NOT using the settings from the targets section. see attached. I placed a SIM buy order and notice that the trade attached a bracket of 5 pts either side.

Yes that does make sense because 5 full points is 20 ticks using a tick size of .25.

The order being attached is a 5 pt bracket but that is NOT what is chosen on my targets page. see attached. If you don't understand what I am saying and the problem I am having, please either schedule a screen share or have another tech review this support request. Thanks, Bruce |

What we want to know is how many full points away from the parent order do you want the Target and Stop orders? Is it 20?

Stop -20 ticks, Trigger +12 ticks, Trail Distance 2 ticks. This morning I noticed that the attached order parameters are now working yet the working order lines on the chart and the DOM are showing +/- 20 ticks (5 pts) see attached |

Yes that is correct. Why would you expect them to be different than +/- 20 ticks (5 pts) since you have specified an offset of 20 ticks?
