Hi support team members, I had previously purchased Service package 3 which had already expired. I am currently trying out the replay function for the "expired" software. I use replay to start at an earlier date and when I use "Open Trading DOM for chart", the trading DOM window opens but price ladder is inactive even though the replay is running. The DOM ladder appears to display the most recent price of the chart and not the replay prices at the earlier date. I can still use the trade window to issue market orders. I can't issue limit orders because the price ladder and trade window are both not showing the current set of replay prices. Also I can't seem to be able to issue orders directly on the chart itself. Thanks. |
