Hi, I am using IQ Feed and have confirmed that my feed is real time. Yet all of my Sierra Charts are 10 to 20 min behind. I have confirmed im using the correct feed. What am I doing wrong? |

For something like this you really have to ask IQ Feed. If the data is delayed that would be controlled by IQ Feed.

Like i said in my post, I called IQ first and confirmed that my data is real time. I also use it in Ninja Trader and prices there are in real time. Please advise. Thanks, Ralph |

This really does not make sense because any delaying of data is done by the external service. Is the chart continuously updating but just delayed? Or exactly what is the issue. Is the chart not updating at all? And what is the exact symbol of the chart? Just tell us one of the symbols. This is all.
