Ok we will when we have a problem. What we notice from time to time is that the connection to the Deribit FIX server disconnects within about two seconds of connecting and then we reconnect and then we get disconnected again and this keeps going on and on but after a while the connection succeeds and gets maintained.

Hi SierraChart Support

Are you currently aware of any issues with the connection to Deribit? I have not received any data updates since 8pm GMT time, it keeps connecting and then straight after disconnecting.

Deribit has changed their rate limiting functionality which is causing a problem. We are implementing a workaround. This should be resolved in about 10 minutes.

What is really dumb about this, is they only induce more of a problem when they do this.
