XAUUSD, historical intraday data download fails, SC Forex Data

Hi SC team,
I can connect to SC Forex Data and see a green light at the top right corner:

but can't download historical intraday data for intraday chart XAUUSD:

I tried from the laptop at home (behind dsl router) same error and the error above I get now from the hotel using wi-fi network.
usually i run SC on my server, but have no access to it now, so can't say if it fails on it too.
fyi, I'm using primary service server (though it's for hist data) and Port for SC real time server 443. v1055.net

obviously I have a connection problems, but do you have different download mechanism for historical data and intraday? Actually, I can't understand why historical data was downloaded successfully and intraday data download had connectivity problems. It means, somehow historical data download bypasses connectivity problems...
Also, I noticed when desktop pc and laptop using same DSL connection and same router, but laptop has connection problem. Interesting that in desktop pc i have firewall enabled, at the same time laptop doesn't have firewall.

We recommend using port 80 for historical Intraday data. This is explained at the bottom of this page here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails41.html

However, based upon your logs there is evidence this will not work because it is not true HTTP data going over port 80 and this could be why when using port 80 for FXCM it is not connecting.

Historical Daily data will work fine because it is true HTTP data going over port 80.

There is not anything we can do to help you if you are on a restrictive network.
