Modal Window hidden and must crash Sierra Chart to regain control... pre-release 1937

Starting SC fresh, no charts open. Global Settings/General Settings, modal window does not appear and the program is inaccessible (just the warning beep that normally sounds when you need to hit "Apply" "OK" "Cancel" some option), but the program must be crashed through task manager in order to gain control back. This has happened in the past, but usually when I have loads of charts open and straining resources - closing a few charts solved the problem - but this is a CLEAN Chartbooks, nothing open. Anybody else having this problem? |

This has been resolved in version 1938 which has now been released. Update with Help >> Download Prerelease.
