again this is exactly what I tried before going to the board. I found this exact link and have followed it to a "T." all it does is show the MICRO symbols for the futures stock indicies. I wish it worked like your instructions. can you tell me what I need to do in order to get the rest of the symbols pulled up? M2k MES MNQ are the only symbols that appear when the "Plus sign" is selected expand I changed the data services from GAIN/trading to the sc data all services and it did then populate the symbols however, it shut down my capability to trade and all of my other charts? how can I use these symbols and trade the EXCHANGE SPREAD? or can you show the format for the symbols and can we put them in since there are so many combinations? Frustrating on my end but understand how many different companies and symbols are out there. thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-06-19 18:54:10

Ok we understand what the problem is now. We should have recognized this earlier. In order not to create unnecessary confusion for our users when using the different trading services which have no support for the symbol format for spreads from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for trading, we no longer list those spread symbols and the ability to get listings for them when using those trading services other than with Interactive Brokers. how can I use these symbols and trade the EXCHANGE SPREAD?
If this is what you need to do and not just chart these spreads, you need to switch to this service instead of Gain Capital:Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Could you tell who your introducing broker is? Ok, being you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed already, we think it is a good choice to migrate over to this TT based order routing. It is not going to cost anything more. And Stage 5 does support it.
