Using a DTC-Sub Instance to perform a find symbol and clicking the Get Options button. The Sub Instance log contains: SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Sent symbols for underlying request to server. Underlying: ES | 2019-06-18 11:44:47.975 SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Security Definition request has been rejected. Reason: Request for underlying symbols failed. Check server log.. ID = 100000011 | 2019-06-18 11:44:47.990 The server log contains: Symbol settings not found. c_ServiceManager::GetOrSearchForSymbolsUsingServiceClient | 2019-06-18 11:44:47.081 |
