trade chart invisble and stair case not working

Hi The trade window for the order specification does not get visible for Crude oil trading (I get the dome but not the trade window for CL) how can i reactivate it? Further, I do not get a stair case Price development in my Market Depth graph (only get two lines for the current Price) inspite having Chosen stair case, how can I fix this?
