Problem with charts since changing data source

I switched from Rithmic to SC Data -All Services mid-morning today.Now my charts are stuck at the the time I ended Rithmic and started SC as the data service. I have closed the program and restarted multiple times with the same result. I have tried replaying multiple charts; they all stop at the time: when Rithmic ended and SC started. There is probably a simple fix, but I haven't been able to find it. Thank you, Bill French |

Do you just require historical data? Make sure the symbols are correct. They will need to be changed to match the SC Data-All Services service. I made a mistake somewhere, in selecting a Denali package ,, and now the only packages i see to activate are ones thhat require a broker,which do not apply to me. No matter what i try, it brings me back to that screen. Can you hhelp me? I have ALS and am struggling with this.
