My trade activity log shows a trade in the EURO that I categorically did not place (See attached). The position shows as "restored" from data on CQG's server and was placed at 4:14am, a time when I would not have been trading. I had zero standing orders in the market. What is my recourse? See if it shows up on your statement with your broker. That is the first step. If not, this was an error by CQG. It appears on my daily statement as an open trade but there is no confirmation for it. Has this happened before to others?

No, we have not heard of this. If there are no other lines in the Trade Activity Log that indicates the order was submitted from Sierra Chart, then you need to have your broker investigate this.
