hello, this is the second time I am writing about this as it has happened again. In the first A period I am not getting correct range of prices. The low of A period yesterday, monday, was 2887.50 which is confirm from my TT charts on my software and from another trader friends MP. You can see my A column come up a few ticks short. What can do about this please? It seems to only happen(or that I am only noticing it) in A period. thank you for your help and time karen http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1560247762728.png |

Yes we think we do remember this but what you are describing inherently does not make sense. Data just does not get removed from a chart. It would have to be expressly deleted. Or the Chart Settings have to change. We want you to duplicate that chart with Chart >> Duplicate Chart. And then remove all studies from that chart through Analysis >> Studies. When you look at the bars for the A time period, do you see the correct high and low values? Or perhaps the issue is related to not having volume data for that time period. We want you to re-download the data from before that time and see if you then get the missing data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. It looks like it is in that chart and around 8 AM. So if it is not reflected in the TPO profile chart it must have something to do with the settings. We would have to get the original TPO chart and look at it. Attach it following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart And what time zone is that chart set to? no it is NOT there. 8am is before the mkt opens. I have it set to Chicago time(central) so look from 830 as that is the open of RTH session. You will see it doesn't trade that low. I am in UK and going to bed, so won't reply to your reply to this until tomo. Thank you for you help and I hope you can now see the data is missing from the bar chart. karen |

That's because the market did not trade that low: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1560286918706.png There is no missing data. That is definitive.
