If the exchange fee for HKFE was automatically renewed and I didn't join the services from the particular trading educator in HK for the month, do the HK trading educator block my account for using HKFE real time data?

They could but this is not the case now for your account. Although they should not be able to change anything this month in regards to the real-time Hong Kong futures data.
