Pending Modify timeout question

I have trade activity log where the order remains in Pending Modify for several minutes before the order is then updated to filled. Does Pending Modify time out at some point? If "yes", how long is this timeout? What state does it go to once it timesout? |

What trading service does this happen with? It will timeout after about 1.5 minutes. It will go to an error status when it times out.
