How to retrieve saved draft message

Hi,
I just created a new support request but wanted to review it so I saved it as draft. I can't find anywhere how to access it.
Please direct me to the right link or page.

Select the option for Start New Support Request from the main Support page, then just above where you enter the support request you should see an arrow followed by the words 1 Draft. Select that arrow to open up the list of drafts that you have saved. Select the one you want and select Load Draft. Then continue to enter your support request as normal.
