I'm supposed to be Flat according to your software and CME Firmsoft and my FCM but at the same time your software have a running NetPL. How is that possible? I've seen that happened before by the way and it is very stressful to say the least because nobody seems to know what's going on. I tried hitting "Flatten" a couple of times but every time I did I got a message saying that I have no positions open (Unable to Flatten or Reverse because a Position does not exist) yet the NetPL is not zeroed out and still running. Thanks.
