First let me say how much I like the new data feed... it's very good
But...today a major problem occured...

Let me first tell about my pc setup here...
I have 2 pc's EACH on it's own internet connection..

Main pc for futures on cable...
A laptop for my IRA on DSL.

I subscribe to the new data feed for the one on cable and use the Laptop connected to the DSL to watch charts for my IRA and use IB data for that.

This has worked fine well since the start of the new data feed untill today
I first start the Main pc and it connects to IB and then I start the SC and it starts showing the Charts for the ES and a few other futures.. works good

Today when starting the laptop connection to SC it wont connect.. so I check the Log and it says only one connection allowed... ok, but this has worked well before and as far as I see this is not a second connection to the new data feed it's a seperate connection to IB... But looking at the charts that do apear, I see the [M] in one chart and that tells me it is trying to connect to the new data feed... I check the Data/Trade Service Settings in SC and it's says "Interactive Brokers [trading] ..umm...thats the sam as my Main pc wichis using the new feed...

How can I set the Laptop to connect to the OLDer PLAIN old version of data from IB ???

As explained here you need to uncheck Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds in the copy of Sierra Chart that you do not want to use the Sierra Chart data feed with:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections

After this reconnect to the data feed.

Thank you...that worked just as you said...

Second problem...

The system in version 1051 seems to not recognize MSFT
I have both daily and interday files and the charts stop on Nov 12...

Thanks ever so much

The problem with MSFT will be solved by Interactive Brokers. Not exactly certain when. However, you will need to change the symbol format you are using and specify 2 different exchange codes. Refer to the symbol format here:

Refer to:

Until such time IB sort out the issue, try MSFT-STK-ISLAND or MSFT-STK-BATS.
