We are not providing any further support for Rithmic: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#TechnicalSupportPolicy There is one setting in Sierra Chart that can be used to limit the display of the number of depth levels. You will find the setting and documentation here: Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. What will the cost be for your new data with a deeper data? and that new data that you now are providing are not unfiltred? Pricing is here:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Pricing You also need to add 5 USD to the real-time connection since your account is with AMP. In about a month we will have new packages which include the CME data feed and the overall pricing will be lower. Yes the data is unfiltered. In response to post # 4 : - Chart Update Interval In Milleseconds:Should i have it as low as possible? You definitely do not want to set these lower than like 150 ms.- Quoute Board Update Interval (Millesexonds): Should i have it as low as possible? The other settings you just need to set those as you really require. Those are not specific to any particular data feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
