I am seeing a huge delay in data on my charts. It is up to 40 seconds in some cases before it updates again. I used Sierra on demo for the period allotted and I don't recall seeing this type of delay although I didn't have the countdown timer on the charts. The countdown timer does not count down steadily. It will stay on a time for a period of time and then update. That is the 40 second delay that I'm talking about. This is really concerning because I can't trust that my trades will be executed properly. Why would there be such a huge delay in data? I am using CQG through AMP. Okay after reading through all of the help topics I'm wondering if I am misinterpreting what the countdown timer is telling me as it was my only alert that something may be wrong. I was under the impression that the timer is doing a countdown of time only. So I expected it to continuously show a reduction of time without a delay. But after performing some of the help topics I'm thinking the timer may be showing the last time traded vs just the time. If that's the case then I can understand what the delay is that I'm seeing now. Is this correct? And if it is, does Sierra have a timer that only shows the time remaining on candlesticks irrespective of the trades placed?
