this is the second time this has happened. The first time I just assumed I was stupid(which I am)and was doing something wrong with software. But here it is again. This morning I open my charts and realise that you have an incorrect high for A period for yesterday. You now have it as 2831 when the high was clearly 2832.25!!! How does it suddenly overnight delete the additional ticks to the upside? Help! As it was A period and the high of yesterday it was easy to spot, but now I am wondering how reliable your charting, or the data that IB is providing, is. This is v v upsetting. Please advise. I am sorry its a photo but I am too dumb to know how to do a screen shot. If you need one could you maybe tell me how... thank you I followed the directions so I hope I do have screenshot for you! http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1558699571854.png |

Duplicate that chart with Chart >> Duplicate Chart. Remove the TPO Profile Chart study from that chart. Provide an image of the chart showing the data for that date by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage And what are the Session Time set to in Chart >> Chart Settings for the chart?
