Making bracket orders from quote board

Is it possible to make it that the orders from my quote board have a set attached bracket order as default? Also, is it possible to bring up a quote board/ order board such as the one in this picture. There is no connection between a Quote Board and Attached Orders. Sierra Chart does have a Quote Board: Getting Quotes But it does not support order entry.
