i am running 1032 because of problems with latest version...mainly only 5 levels in the dom...I only use SC for execution and the 10 levels in the dom are critical to my trading....am i able to access 10 levels in the dom on the latest prerelease?...are all other fix versions now inoperable (CTS feed) becuase of this CTS change...

need 10 levels

downloaded prerelease...prices are back...but instead of 10 levels in the dom which is what I had with each previous upgrade...now I am down to 2 levels of bid and ask....

not acceptable...cure?

We are trying to do what we can to solve the problem with lagging data which users have been reporting and problems with disconnections, until CTS can improve the data feed.

The lagging data issue is not on the Sierra Chart, side but on the server side. Did you notice a problem with lagging data with 10 levels?

no lagging data that noticed

is 997 still available...will I get 10 levels....

when you get bugs fixed I will return to fix connection

my take is that when connected i see no lag...but disruptions are too common

There are absolutely no bugs at all on our side. The issues are on the CTS side. We would never let these kind of problems go on so long if they were on our side. How could a disruption/disconnection from the server be on our side. It could not.

It is good you are seeing no lag. 997 is still available:

curious...what is issue with DOM visibility...why have new versions from 1032 on...been limited to either 5 or 2 levels of DOM prices...is this CTS as well?

Our understanding of the problem CTS is having has to do with market data because it is creating a heavier load on the server and bandwidth. By reducing the number of levels of depth, this reduces the load and bandwidth. This has been such a serious problem for them, that we are doing everything we can because we have been receiving too many reports of issues. Anyway, we will increase the depth back to 5 in the next release coming out later today.
