I made a monthly payment this weekend as my monthly subscription expired. Attempting to log on this morning I get the message that I have (0) days of usage time left. Below is a copy of my email receipt. This is a receipt for your payment for Sierra Chart Usage Time. We see that the usage ending date on your account is correct. Restart Sierra Chart and at the login window enable the Force Login checkbox.
