Hello, I am receiving error messages as the alerts I created cannot be delivered to the email I had set up in General Settings. The error messages tell me to contact Support Board for the issue. First, on the Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts/General 3 page, have you entered an email in the Email Address or Twitter Username field? If so, double check to ensure that the email address is correct. Second, if the above is blank, ensure that the email associated with your Sierra Chart account is correct.
