Hey, I have couple of chart issues which I hope you can help me solve:

1. When I use Automatic scale range on a chart and have an Overlay study on the chart as well, then this Overlay study(which is a line) is being 'forced' to be within the range shown on the chart. It skews how the chart look in many cases. This is not the case with the same study if it's directly on the chart(i.e. not an Overlay from another chart). See pic1 and pic2, the purple line is an Overlay from another chart - pic1 have it on the chart and pic2 have it hidden. For reference, the white line is the same study but directly on the chart - not an Overlay from another chart(see how it doesn't 'forced' to be within the range shown so it doesn't skew the chart). Is there a way to have it on but not have it 'forced' being within the chart range shown?
2. When using Automatic scale range and there is a compression of prices, then lines from various studies disappear in many cases. Is there a way to make the lines(or any other indicator) be "on top" meaning it will be shown even if the price compress for this price level?

Thanks.

Are you referring to setting the scale range to independent? if yes, than this totally skew the position/price of the line so basically it doesn't work. (the overlay is to create a US session VWAP - so I have a different S&P500 chart with Session Time set to 8:30 - 15:14:59 and have a VWAP study on it. I then overlay this VWAP study to my main S&P500 chart). Is there a way to make it work?

Also, is there a workaround for issue #2?

Thanks.

Yes. And we really do not understand precisely what you are asking about to help with this.

We would have to get the Chartbook and this is going to be chargeable to look at this. Probably this is going to require a remote assistance session for direct interaction with you. Otherwise, we will not fully understand what you want to do.

Also try using Same As Region for the Scale Range.
