Hello, I recently upgraded my account to Package 2, so that I can have integrated Bitcoin data in Sierra Chart. Live feed data worked for a few days, but now it only seems to be doing a historical download once a day. I am using an Intraday Chart, not a historical file. I'm using the Bitcoin Data (MtGox) [data] source. Sierra Chart shows that the feed is connected, and disconnecting/reconnecting does a historical download, but that's it. I have also tried restarting the software. |

We have tested this, and we are receiving Real-time prices. When you reconnect, do you see new bars appear?
