Is there any way to tell what .sccs file is used by a particular chartbook, and vice versa? I have a number of .sccs files and chartbooks, but they aren't named in such a way as to tell which one goes with which.

The naming of Spreadsheet files is completely up to you. Unless you have applied some logic to the naming of the Chartbook and Spreadsheets, the only way to figure out which spreadsheet is associated with a Chart or Chartbook is to open the Chart and find the associated spreadsheet for it.

Refer to the following for saving spreadsheets:
File Menu: Save (File)

Also refer to the following for Spreadsheet studies:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Spreadsheet Name / DLL File and Function Name
