Obtaining Osaka Datafeed

I have subscribed to the extended datafeed service and am trying to get intra-day data for Nikkei from Osaka exchange. However, upon selecting the symbol, no data is streaming in to build the charts. May I know why and do I have to get a another data service to run through Sierra chart for it?
