have a chartbook from additional files i want to use but can not figure out how to download it into chartbook file, it says put it into data folder box but the download file is no where to be found???????????????? thankyou very much

In general, on the Windows Operating System, files that are selected in a browser are placed into the Downloads folder for your Windows account. That is the place to check and see if it is there and then copy it to the Data folder for Sierra Chart. There are a lot of other possibilities on where it could be placed based on your Operating System version, the particular browser you are using, etc. So it is not possible for us to give you exact information, you will need to figure out where the file is being placed on your system.
