BTCChina intraday data stream problem

Please check BTCChina's intraday data. It is connected, but not receiving data since more than 3hours.

I have 1050.
I also tested this on 1051 (prerelease), the same result.

Yes, we do see this problem. We are going to have to look into it. Please allow some time. Might be several hours. Apparently BTC China has made some changes to the market data feed.

Their API is working though, from what I see there are some services (btccharts.com) that update in real time.

Maybe you could help us with this. This is the problem:

This is how we access the trade history and build up the intraday chart data and streaming prices. The problem is that you can see, they are not serving any data.

Do you know where on the BTC China website they have the latest Market data API specifications?

We have put in a temporary patch for BTC China. It is back up and streaming. It is providing a price every two seconds with a volume of .0001 per trade. We cannot accurately determine the volume by the method of updating we are using.

I don't know how they do it, but btccharts.com is showing volumes and trades on BTCChina as I'm writing this. Has been showing it for the last 10 minutes or so.

Most likely the reason they are stop sending data through that script is because it is not efficient. This is one thing that we have noticed. However, we are not aware of any alternatives.

We would like to use a streaming data feed from them, but we do not know if they have this or where the documentation is.

We have not heard from them yet. Until we hear from them, and can work out clear working relationship with them, there is not much we can do. Perhaps we may never hear from them. But we will persist.

We have heard from BTC China. We did not get the information we were looking for, but we have checked the trade history and it is now available:

Give us about an hour to get the data feed back up again and working normally. We will also re-download as much history as we can in order to replace the data that we have recorded during the patched solution.

Great, at the moment I have trade information in the chart. However, let me know if I should redownload data, so that I don't loose what I have recorded during the blackout.

Everything is running good now. We have re-downloaded the historical data on the server for the past day, so there is accurate volume for the past 24 hours.

You can re-download the last one or two days of data to get the correct data.

There will be a gap yesterday of little more than two hours. We cannot fill that in because we do not have access to any further history from BTC China.
